How do I purchase a subscription using a credit card?

I don't have a credit card, how do I subscribe?

Not to worry, you can pay using a variety of payment methods. You can download the order form here which has all the info you need.

Will it run on my computer?

The most likely answer to that question is Yes. The Nutrition Program uses Flash 8 which you are likely to already have on your machine. If you don't have it you can download and install it from here. The Program will work on a PC and a Mac and requires an internet connection. We recommend using Firefox as a web browser which you can download here.

I don't have a username or password

You will need to fill out our sign up form in order to use the Nutrition Program. It only takes a minute and we will send you your details via email.

I never received an email to activate my account.

The most likely thing that has happened is that the email has been automatically put into your junk folder. Check your junk folder and see if there is an email from info@nutritionprogram.co.uk. If that doesn't work the you may have typed in your email address incorrectly, if this is the case you will have to fill out the form one more time.

How to I create accounts for my students?

You will need to subscribe to a Teacher account which costs £100 a year plus VAT. This will allow you to quickly create up to 100 individual accounts for your students. Once you have a school account, you can login here to manage your users

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

We can't send you your existing password as they are encrypted. Instead you can reset your password by clicking here and filling in your email address. We will then email you your new password. If you then want to change it back to something more memorable you can do so by clicking "change password" once logged in.

I'd like you to send me your newsletter, how do I get it?

Great, send an email to newsletter@nutritionprogram.co.uk and we'll add you to our database.

How can teachers manage their students’ accounts

Having purchased a school account you will be able to allocate up to 100 usernames and passwords for students to access their accounts.You could set it up on a simple level like schooluser1, schooluser2 and give each student their login to keep safe. It is quick to set up and doesn't require the students email address. You are then responsible for distributing the usernames and passwords.

Would we need a nominated person in school to manage accounts?

While it is easy to manage your account as a teacher, it would be sensible to set up a nominated person to manage the site - an IT technician would be excellent. This person would be responsible for looking after the username and passwords.

Would we need to notify the Nutrition Program of pupils approved to use the site?

We don't need to know the individual student accounts as these are entirely under your control.
